Hey everyone! =D It has certainly been a LONG time! I’m not going to make excuses as to why I haven’t updated, I just haven’t. I’ve thought about the blog, but just kept doing whatever it is I have been doing. Here is a timeline of my life since January 2015.
January 2015- We had forgotten that we got gap insurance on our first van. Insurance paid everything and we were able to get another Honda Odyssey!
February 2015- I turned 24! (Is that right?…yea, its right.)
March 2015- Liam Owen turned the big 3! We had a small(er) party this year. We tried to fit 35 people in our 1100 sq ft house. Didn’t work out as well as we’d hoped. I’m thinking an activity or family dinner for numero 4.
April 2015- Thanks to our tax check, we were able to pay off our credit cards and get just enough to pay off our Disney trip!
May 2015- I was able to quit my Part-time job at the restaurant!
May 2015- We headed to Walt Disney World for 9 fun-filled days!
June 2015- SURPRISE! WE’RE EXPECTING! After exactly 2 years, we found out baby Routson was on his/her way!
June 2015- Hubs and I celebrated 4 years of marriage! We did our second annual trip to Holiday World to celebrate the occasion!
July 2015- We had our first DR appt and saw Baby R!
August 2015- We found out mommy has gestational diabetes again. I meet with a nutritionist this week. I also may need weekly shots starting at 16 weeks to avoid another preterm birth!
August 2015- I returned to the restaurant 2 days a week to pay for some things for baby and build up some savings.
August 2015- Liam begins homeschool preschool tomorrow! He also moved up to a preschool class at church and is doing well (despite my fears)!
August 2015- We find out what Baby R is in less than 2 weeks!
Well that’s the gist of it! As you can guess, having a busy summer, adding another baby, and going down to one income has put us in a bind. I have no doubt that God will provide as He has time and time again! I also know, every insecurity and ounce of scrutiny I am feeling right now, will also be taken care of! See you soon, Frugal Friends!
